7 Years in a Spiritual Awakening — Now What?
Share
Hello Warriors,
These last 10 days have felt like an entire decade.
If you've been on this path, you already know — awakening isn't linear. It doesn't gently guide you from one peaceful realization to the next. It shakes you. It breaks you. It rebuilds you. And sometimes, it feels like you're dying and being reborn over and over again — in rapid succession.
That's where I've been.
The Shift No One Talks About
For years, my journey was about healing. First the body. Then the emotions. Then the mind.
Layer by layer, everything that wasn't aligned had to go.
I stopped numbing. I stopped suppressing. I started feeling everything — grief, anxiety, panic, rage. All the things I'd avoided for most of my life came rushing forward, asking to be seen.
Then came the mind — unraveling years of programming, gaslighting, distortion. Learning what reality actually is after it's been bent and manipulated for so long.
That alone is enough to break most people.
But awakening doesn't stop there.
When the Inner Work Meets the Real World
Lately, it hasn't just been internal. It's been life. Real, 3D, unavoidable life.
Legal battles closing out. Debt being cleared. Multiple moves. Taxes that make no sense. Car problems that shouldn't have happened. One thing after another.
And here's the truth: awakening and real-world responsibilities don't blend easily. It's like oil and water.
You're trying to integrate profound internal shifts while simultaneously navigating systems that require structure, logic, and consistency — things that often fall apart during deep transformation.
The Moment of Awareness
Recently, I caught something in real time.
After dealing with yet another situation I didn't know how to handle, I defaulted into an old pattern — calling myself stupid, questioning myself, doubting my capability.
And then I stopped.
Because that wasn't truth. That was programming. That was conditioning. That was a voice I had carried for years that no longer belongs to me.
And that's the difference now.
Awareness.
Faith Over Fighting
There comes a point where you realize: you can keep fighting everything… or you can choose something different.
I don't want to keep being pulled back into conflict. I don't want to keep engaging with situations that drain me. I don't want to keep looking backward.
There's a moment in the story of Lot's wife — she's told not to turn back. That landed differently for me this time.
Because that's the lesson.
Don't turn around.
Not everything needs to be revisited. Not everything needs to be fought. Not everything needs your energy.
What the Last 7 Years Were Really About
When I look at it clearly, the last seven years were about one thing: survival.
Surviving physical breakdown. Emotional overwhelm. Mental distortion. Financial instability. Loss of safety and stability.
So much of what should have been foundational… wasn't there. And I had to build it myself.
The Shift Into What's Next
And now something is changing.
Not in a loud, dramatic way. In a quiet, grounded knowing:
I don't want to live in survival anymore.
The next phase isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about building something new — creating, expanding, moving forward without dragging the past behind me.
From Content to Creation
There's also a very real, practical shift happening.
For years, I've poured energy into content — showing up, sharing, processing in real time. But now? That energy needs to go into something that builds. Something sustainable. Something structured. Something that can actually support the life I'm creating.
So instead of chasing output, I'm choosing intention. Instead of constant expression, I'm choosing creation.
A Different Kind of Power
I'm also recognizing something else: not everything is mine to fight anymore.
I don't need to carry every battle. I don't need to correct every wrong. I don't need to engage in every conversation.
There's a difference between reacting… and creating.
And I'm choosing to create.
If You're Here Too
If you're coming out of a long awakening… if you've done the healing… if you've sat in the void… you might feel this too.
A kind of emptiness. A kind of stillness. A kind of "what now?"
That's not failure. That's space.
The Next 7 Years
If the last seven years were about surviving — the next seven are about thriving.
Not perfectly. Not forcefully. But intentionally.
Forward. Without looking back.
